Financing Available

For purchase of winter weeks, we offer two financing plans:

a) Minimum 30% down payment plus 60 monthly payments with 15% interest and no prepayment penalties.

b) 50% down payment and balance in 3 months with no interest.

There is no financing available on our summer weeks.

Our Timeshare Program is held in Bank Trust by Mexican law.
The program expires December 31, 2014.
