I first visited Villas Loma Linda in February, 1989. I had rented a villa from an owner and was impressed
by the beauty of the villas plus the charm of Puerto Vallarta. I realized that I could easily spend my
February vacations here and purchased my first time share. Little I realized that it would change my way of travel. Since that time I have traveled the world, staying in luxurious resorts that I would never have dreamed of staying in before. I have also purchased another week at Villas Loma Linda plus another time share in Florida. No matter where I travel, I always use Villas Loma Linda as my comparison to judge a resort. There is a quiet charm to Villas Loma Linda that is enhanced by the beauty of Mexico. I always look forward to my return to my home in Mexico. It has truly changed my way of travel. Carol Swanson

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Last summer I brought 18 of my friends for a week. Many of them said that it was their favorite vacation ever. When they arrived my friends said that the condos were far better than I had been able to describe, even though I had shown many pictures to them. I love the fact that Villas Loma Linda feels far more like a private home than a hotel. It is small and you get individual attention and service. Each unit is individually and tastefully decorated. I want to keep going back to Villas Loma Linda year after year. Thank you for keeping it so special. Carol Angell

We chose our unit at Villas Loma Linda because of the private and personal feel of the place. We are not treated like a number making reservations through a travel agent. We deal direct and it is very easy to be accommodated. The views from the villas are gorgeous and our place is just minutes from the romantic zone of downtown. We look forward to our trip every year. We purchased our week time share in November 1986 and we have been coming to Villas Loma Linda every year
since. We find the resort to be well maintained and well managed year after year. Furnishings are replaced regularly and the exterior grounds are well kept. The resort is small and quiet with friendly, courteous staff. Returning to Villas Loma Linda each November feels like returning home. Larry and Jill Readman

So when I married, I decided almost immediately to purchase our own time share at Villas Loma Linda for the family we planned to have. Today, my husband, our three boys, and I use our time share every year, and we have successfully rented it out to people we know each of the years we have not gone to Vallarta. Villas Loma Linda turned out to be a very good investment. As a matter of fact, several of the people we rented our unit to since have returned to Villas Loma Linda. The reason why we purchased time at Villas Loma Linda is because we like the location on the south side of
Puerto Vallarta. The size was right (only 21 units) and not too big and impersonal. Everyone that works there is very friendly and is like family away from home. The owners and guests get to know each other by meetings and get-together activities. Beautiful views and very comfortable apartments with a big central pool. . . Each apartment is cleaned most every day, and the dishes washed if you cook. Finally you really get away because there are no phones, radios and TVs provided in the units. Villas Loma Linda offers its guests the finest that tropical Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The service, the spacious quarters, the lovely terrace, the south side of town, and knowledgeable staff all make this a very special place to visit. We haven't regretted our purchase one minute. P.
